Products and Orders

• All products and prices listed are subject to availability and may change without notice.

• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

 

Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless specified.

• We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 2-5 business days.

• Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

• Diamond Hosiery is not responsible for delays due to courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Exchanges

• We do not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges if requested within 7 days of delivery, and the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

• The first exchange shipping is free. From the second exchange onwards, shipping charges will apply.

 

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

 

Limitation of Liability

Diamond Hosiery will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
